Subject to the following:
a. That said lot shall be used for residential purposes only, and no enterprise of a commercial nature or for profit of any type shall be maintained on said lot.
b. Only one dwelling shall be permitted on each of said lots, and no dwelling shall be built unless it has a minimum floor area of 500 square feet excluding porches or patio.
c. No dwelling shall be constructed closer than 10 feet from any boundary line of said lots. This exclusion shall apply to porches, carports and garages.
d. No tents, campers or any other type of temporary living quarters shall be placed on any part of the property. No camping of any type shall be permitted on said property.
e. No house trailers or similar building units shall be placed on said property. Garages or tool sheds may be built on said property only after the dwelling is constructed thereon.
f. No residence shall be erected on said lots unless the same be provided with indoor toilet facilities of a flush type with a septic tank with underground drain pipes constructed in accordance with county and state health regulations, and no outside toilets shall be erected on said lots.
g. No open fires shall be permitted on any part of the property and all chimneys must be covered with spark screens. All garbage and trash must be kept in closed containers.
h. Only state licensed vehicles may be driven on the roads in this development and such vehicles may only be driven by licensed drivers.
i. No rifle, shotgun or small arms shooting shall be permitted upon the property, except in areas reserved and designated for the same by the developers and upon the conditions as made by the developers.
